The wiki says it grants an area a bonus to searching for good characters as though the building were powered. Does it do anything for buildings already benefiting from power?

Character id is 406. Lord over domain hasn't been giving me the soak it claims it is. I'm not sure if it's been giving me the proper defense bonus or not.

That's still combat.

How about HP? Angels are pretty big on having more HP, so a fallen one might get more from killing them.

Protection of the Forest doesn't seem worth the 30 CP. Maybe tack on a defense bonus while in forests or something? It's not like the DH needs more defense, but by itself it just doesn't seem worth it ...
