Putting it in here because I'm not sure it's a bug. Wheels were introduced as a new pet back in May, but the corollary skill, Summon Wheel, was never announced and is not at present an option. Is there some technical issue with their implementation?

Update: the skill and button now exist, but there's a technical issue with their implementation that prevents them from actually being summoned.
