Eternal Soldier - An Eternal Soldier gains 1 CP every 100 angelic/demonic/transcended kills, this is not retroactive.

This means "The ES can buy 1 additional 10 CP mortal skill if they can kill over 1000 people in a single breath while they are tier 3 only."


Note that people got around 500-600 kills including their mortal and tier 2 levels in our last breath. Note that breath was longer than most should be.
