People playing on Mobile devices miss out on the exact figures in the mouseovers for First Aid and Sense Magic. Having the figures appear in the dropdown attack menu should fix this, right?
I don't have one of them clever wirelesses to play with so I wouldn't know personally.

It would also be a great help for those with crappy touchpads or shaky hands, who have trouble with mouseover controls.

For reasons of accessibility, I support this suggestion.

For those with crappy touchpads, you can use Caveman's extension, which sorts characters by %HP left if you have first aid.

(Though that only applies to half of my reasons, and only helps 'see' HP, not HP and MP as the O.P. suggested.)
