So my big fat Infernal Behemoth is flying around Gehenna, you know? That's what big fat IBs do.
So he's flying around, heading toward his SH, which is just on the other side of this lava, and he APs out. One square away from the SH. Srsly.
"No biggie," he figures. "I'll just regen a couple AP, fly over to the SH, head on in, and grab a beer. Or my flying will end, I'll die, then I'll just respawn. Man, I gotta watch the AP..."
Funny thing is, is that his AP hasn't regenerated, and flying seems to be off. Yeah, my big fat IB is standing around in lava, which is causing great amusement to the locals:

(Translation: It's not a bug, it's a feature designed to prevent people who have access to water/lave tiles, or void tiles, from being able to regenerate their AP in a location that's inaccessible to a large number of characters.
How all that fit into two mumbled lines will need to remain a mystery.)
What about allowing people in those locations to recover 1 AP if they are at zero?
That would abuse any exploits and help prevent stranding.
What is an AP my dear sir? Exploits? Stranding? What are you talking about? No doubt one of the unwashed masses reaching for a handout! The rich and wealthy own all the AP is that it? Well I say my family has worked hard for their AP! The only thing that you can have is a fist in your face and an EXPLOSION.

Baron Bob is far too busy for such deeds anyway. If you wish to obtain bug-hunting items, it's more efficient to call Savant Shadok or Lord Liche. Those two are usually far faster to respond to such a request.

Guess it's a good thing I had that Potion of Regeneration with me, and, somehow, 1AP.
