Dear Administrative Gods,
Please accept my apologies for repeatedly jamming the 'Read' button when I thought my browser was hung up. Kate Upton didn't mean to cause such a fuss.
With Kate's level gain and the badges she SHOULD have earned, by my count she SHOULD have 58 CP -- and I spent 40 of that on new skills, so instead of the (checks, blushes) *ahem* 368 CP she now has, she should have 18. My log didn't capture all the repeat grants of CP, but I think my calculations are correct, based on the level-up message:

I promise not to spend any of the accidental 360 CP. Sorry to be a bother.
edit: I fixed my numbers, because MATH IS HARD. Checking my other characters, I see 25 messages for each badge. One of the 25 is legit, so it's 24 x (10 + 5) = 360 extra CP.

Vacuumed up the extra CP without incident.
Unless, for some strange reason, you WANT something to happen. We have a wide variety of horrible smites. But really, thank Guido for setting the bar for "number of bugged badges before we get annoyed" to a maddeningly high level. Anything short of "Enough to freeze the game" tends to just make us shrug (yes, Guido managed to freeze the game. For five whole minutes.) _________________

Uh... Lightning froze the game for around 10 iirc, or at least made it unplayable, maybe not fully frozen, so I'd reckon the Guido one would have been longer than that. Besides, even one badge freezes the game for a second or two, which is how this whole thing occurs... _________________ My Characters

It's not your fault - there's a bug in the way badges are given that sometimes causes multiples to be given out. Even many multiples. When it happens, just don't spend the extra unlawful CP and hang tight until an admin sees it and sweeps up the extra CP and you're golden. Posting with your character id and what happened just helps the admins move things along more smoothly.
