That spell does not seem to be mention in the wiki, so i don't know what that will do unless i try to use it on myself or something else, anyone know what that does?

It's a variant spell, a renamed version of an existing spell that someone spent credits to create. This particular variant is identical to the cold spell Glacierblast.
As the Nexus has gone on there have been an extremely large number of variant spells created which is getting confusing for people who find them, since the gem doesn't say what the original spell was and it's hard to document them all. The dev team is currently looking into ways to reduce this clutter, but for now I'd say to throw it away and get regular Glacierblast if cold spells were what you were looking for.

Ok, that is fine, that was the first time i seen one, and it is a tier 3 spell as well, which means i won't be using it until my character hits level 20 at minimum, and i might try the good and evil paths for each breath, i am doing the evil path first, and see how many badges i can get related to tier 2 Angel kills, my guild pet did the first one, and i think the game counts it as well when it comes to getting that badge for it and the other 4.
