I'm pretty sure this is broken and I have a suspicion it has something to do with passive regeneration as I turned it off when it started working again.

I was at 60 HP before I bit the shock sphere and took damage but let's just say that I was at full hp when I did.
71(total hp)-42(shock sphere damage) + (9 ticks * 3hp/tick) = 56 Current Hp. But we can all see from the screenshot that I'm only at 32.

I think it might relate to this rev daywalker bug, or at least cropped up during the fix for that one. Last I heard it was elusive and difficult to track.
