So there are two minor suggestions that I think would be nice to have for the recipe list.
#1 - Rearrange the formatting to display data fluently. In it's current form the shown data is clunky and not very well organized. Instead of having it as:

Potion Type - Ingredient1, Ingredient2, Ingredient3, complete
It would be better if it was arranged like:
Quote:
Potion Type - complete Ingredient1,
Ingredient2,
Ingredient3,
Or have one section for completed potions and another section for incomplete potions. Basically just organize it better so all the data isn't jumbled up.
#2 - Display which ingredients have been tested for all potions and no new uses can be discovered. This should reset if a potion recipe is discarded, as then all ingredients will have to be retested.
