If someone has, say, 5 minutes of Sorcerer's Might remaining, and I use Energize to heal them for 10 HP, it spends far more than 10 MP to do so. I believe it spent 19 MP the last time I tried this, but I will get a better test environment set up and run some experiments.

I couldn't reproduce this when testing. Looking at the code, SM and Energize don't appear to have any interactions whatsoever - Energize should neither be limited by SM nor should it reduce SM duration. It's possible there were other factors at work.

Since it was clarified in Discord that this is Heal Others, yes there was an issue and it will be resolved in the next round of updates.
