10 hours later, they do not show up in the faction roster, however they are a member of the faction.
Technically, a character who hasn't taken any actions in the Nexus yet is idle and thus doesn't appear in rosters. This character didn't do any actions after character creation.
That made me thinking: how hard would it be to add a toggle button or checkbox to roster page, to switch between displaying all members and displaying only active members? Usually we are only interested in active people, but in some cases - e.g. this one - we might be interested in seeing everyone and everything.

This seems to be an oddly frequent occurrence lately. Any way to tell how many of these characters have popped up in the past few months?
