1. Nicola meets municipal worker 'Death Servitor Steve' by happenstance, and decides to benevolently grant them a miniscule portion of her esteemed collection of vintages (which are of course always on her person), if only so that she can lowball them on their services in the future.

A key point left out of this exchange is that Steve was at this establishment on a Friday night, off the clock, when he, a public servant, was assaulted in his sleep. Is this the Laurentia we want? One where hucksters accost law-abiding public servants on their off hours trying to ply them with their cheap wares? Then assaulting them when they don't make a purchase? Or feigning surprise when said public servant ends up drunk after you give them three bottles of alcohol? For shame Paragon. For shame!*
