Not quite sure what I want to do with him yet other than shoot things. My other three characters are going to be a VW, a Conduit and a Divine Herald, so those are out. In other words, if you need something in particular I could be persuaded.
My ideal raiding times at the moment seem like they're going to be before and after work for me, between 2200-0230 GMT / 1200-1500 GMT or so (woo graveyard shifts).
Keep in mind I'm just now returning to the game after many, many years so you'll be taking on a fairly useless mortal character whose owner is re-learning a lot of things that have or haven't changed. But once I'm more or less re-acclimated I've got plenty of experience with raiding and such.

Come join All Your Souls! To my recollection, 100% of our raids have fallen in those time frames, and we're usually doing two or three per week. We can keep you stocked with ammo since we're two squares from a gunstore, and morality isn't an issue!
We've got some fun ideas being tried out, too, so get in on the ground floor!
EDIT: We don't really have any needs, class-wise, so you can do whatever the hell you want. Twist my arm for a request? I dunno, Wizard? We don't have one of those yet.
