Swim now costs 10 CP.

Potions of Waterbreathing now last 10 status ticks instead of 30 minutes. It is still stackable.

Waterbreathing the spell now lasts for 20 status ticks instead of 30 minutes. It is still stackable.

While having the skill Swim AND the Waterbreathing status, no matter how that is obtained -

> As long as the character has at least 1 AP, movement through water costs 0.2 AP, or 1 AP for every 5 tiles traversed.

> The use of Wings or potions of flying negates this effect

Flavor: The expert swimmer can use water-breathing to get extra oxygen out of the water to fuel his muscles or something like that.

Concerns:

1) This devalues cloak of the relentless sea and anything else that grants free water movement

--> It requires the use of a potion of water-breathing (which is currently only really used for target-shooting) or the waterbreathing spell (does anyone even have that?), nor is it a permanent effect unlike those skills. Relentless offers completely free movement and this only discounts the movement, admittedly by a pretty large amount.

2) This will just encourage people to go further away from the mainland and dilute targets even more.

--> It uses up resources to get the discounted movement, and you still don't regen AP over water tiles. I don't think it will be used in that fashion.

3) So what does this accomplish?

--> Makes these three gameplay features a wee bit less useless. Assuming we get more water somewhere in a future breath, you'd be able to use all these otherwise sucky skills together to be a bit less sucky. And synergy is awesome!

4) Swim is now overpowered. Great.

--> I tried not to change the status quo. Seriously speaking, Swim currently sucks and this suggestion is to a buff as a paperclip is to a toy.

5) Why is there no waterbreathing enchant yet that a corruptor could manabite for infinite free water movement?

--> Let's take this one step at a time...
