+5% dodge but only inside buildings
can bypass barricades (in case they come back next breath), works in wolf form too

In some movies vampires can walk on walls, like Bram Stoker's Dracula and Van Helsing for example, so I thought it would be cool to have something like that here

This isn't worth 30 CP, and Revs already have a way to get past barricades.
