By census I mean how many characters of each class there are active.

Instead of some leaderboard every time, newspapers might show some census information in the leaderboard spot.

Maybe list them all in one newspaper or one newspaper shows just the general number of all good/neutral/evil class characters and other newspapers would show all the character classes in one alignment.

It would be better to have some census data with a top 10. Most people read the newspapers for the top 10 list after all...

Yeah, I think a top 10 would fit better with the overall "theme" of the newspapers. Besides, getting a comprehensive class breakdown is half of what you would spend 50 credits on. Smile

I think the change you're looking for is to make the census data more accessible. The credit-store item is a trap since half the meta knows how to get to that page without spending credits, so we might as well acknowledge that.
