On the character sheet page, in the base weapon attack % window, include Heavy Weapons as one of the base types. This is because heavy weapon chance is modified by strength and other skills, in specific.

Bumping this just as a self-reminder that this is currently a snarl of code repetition and could use being streamlined via the perfectly good system we already have for streamlining such things.
