Wheel of Injustice shows a rejuvenation cost of 0 mp. But when you hit the rejuvenation button it says this pet can't be rejuvenated. I had 30 mp when I tried.
It also seems to suffer from Pet Decay and does not auto-rejuv on kills.

It having decay is working-as-designed. The wheel, fossil monstrosity and wrackwyrm are supposed to be held "one per petmaster". Corruptors can hold 5, but they lose the no-decay bonus.

Reporting in to say that Wheels of Injustice are still broken as the OP describes. I stole one today and now I know it's not long for this world, no matter what I do with it.
Is this something that'll be fixed in breath 4? Code-wise I imagine this is an edge case on top of an edge case, so I can understand if it's not worth fixing now what with the rewrite of the game coming in the next breath. If that's the case then I'll just use Cut the Silver Cord on future wheels.

This is not a bug. As fun as it can be to murder someone with their own Wheel (I will admit - pretty fun), Touch of Corrupted Loyalty even working at all on Fossil Monstrosities, Wheels, and Wrackwryms is tremendously powerful and the downside is intentional - without it a corrupter could be a more effective petmaster then an actual Lich - keeping several limit one pets and a very large ghoul horde wouldn't be a problem due to manabite.
As for changes to the skill in breath 4 we haven't yet decided how we will change it but I don't see it being buffed.
