Well, Sweedee, it looks like you're outvoted. Both Mallich and Kiralio think "Good Intentions" is the best possible name for the skill.

The skill, Good Intentions, is otherwise nice, but seems really, really expensive. If the stygia will be as inviting as it is now >.> 20 cp for guaranteed spawn there? I usually hope I spawn anywhere but there.

Remember that spawning with Good Intentions also reduces AP cost for spawn. If your faction lives on Stygia then Good Intent is the best thing ever. It's also great if you're component hunting, since less spawn-AP = more searching.

Quite right. 1/3 is not the same as 2/3. This skill really is a perk.

Not sure if sarcastic or not, but at higher levels it really IS pretty great. I'm going for the skills on my Tier 2's who frequent hell Razz
