Since this was on Discord but not here, it should be mentioned that Eye of Death and Demon Tracker don't work inside Kaleidoscopia either. They plus Stepping of the Corner just negate too much of the point of using Kaleidoscopia.

To clarify: Since the definition of 2200 moved an hour for the (American) admin running the event on the weekend between when it was announced and when we launch the event, the go time is 2300 game time. Roughly. Because this is being done with admin tools it won't be all at once.

Now that the event is live, we should explain the special unhiding mechanic of Kaleidoscopia. Everyone entered anointed with an Extended Invisibility potion, but every tick, the chaotic nature of Kaleidoscopia will unhide one unlucky character. That removes hiding, shadowskulking, true invisibility, the works. That means that with 32 contest participants, you have roughly eight hours until every one of those invisible bonuses is gone.
- You step inside Faded House. (2019-11-06 04:21:24).
- Fossil Monstrosity, belonging to Lithos, attacked you and missed! Your burning aura sears them! They take 8 points of fire damage! (2019-11-06 04:21:31).

- You attack Lithos with your Claymore and hit for 19 points of death damage. You gain 19 XP. This was enough to kill them! You gain an additional 28 Experience Points! (2019-11-06 04:23:13).
It hurt but 1 down.
